MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Alexandria, Louisiana. This 13-week travel RN position requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts in a Telemetry unit.

Active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, BLS & ACLS certifications, and 18 months of recent Acute Care Telemetry experience are required, along with client-specific criteria. MedPro handles credentialing, housing options, benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications are required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Telemetry setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care and monitor patients using telemetry equipment.
• Read, interpret, and respond to data from heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, and ECG monitors.
• Develop and maintain nursing care plans and accurate medical records.
