Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Sioux Falls, SD. The Telemetry RN will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of Telemetry experience, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• One year of telemetry RN experience required.
• Current RN license per state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications current.
• PCCN/NIHSS and other certifications may be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry data continuously.
• Administer prescribed meds and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Assist with cardiac procedures and examinations as needed.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety in telemetry unit.
• Document assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
