Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Zanesville, Ohio. The RN will monitor telemetry patients on the observation unit, with potential to float to Med-Surg and possibly the ED, as staffing requires.

The position requires BLS & ACLS, 3 years Telemetry/Med Surg experience, and proficiency with Epic EMR. Night shifts are 12 hours, 36 hours per week, starting 11/16/2026 and ending 02/15/2027, with every other weekend required.

Qualifications

• Valid BLS and ACLS certifications; minimum 3 years Telemetry/Med Surg experience.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR; ability to read Telemetry/BCRA with testing on day one.
• Recent hospital experience; successful completion of competency tests.

Responsibilities

• Telemetry RN provides specialized nursing care to patients on telemetry monitoring, mainly on the observation unit.
• May float to Med-Surg units and possibly the ED based on skills and patient needs.
• Proficient in electronic medical records and life-support certifications; staff on night shifts.
