American Traveler, LLC. seeks a Registered Nurse - Telemetry for a night-shift contract in Illinois near Highland Park. The role requires at least 2 years of MS/Tel experience, an IL RN license, and a current BLS certification.

Prior travel nursing experience and Epic EMR proficiency are required, with a Day 1 EKG test. The 6-week contract features 12-hour nights (7p-7a), floating to all MS/Tel units, and on-site EKG testing.

Qualificações

• Active IL RN license required.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart or American Red Cross).
• Minimum 2 years MS/Tel experience.
• Must pass an on-site EKG test on Day 1.
• Prior travel nursing experience with at least 1 completed assignment.
• New graduates will not be considered.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Must pass Relias EKG test with 80% or higher.
• Two references required, including one from most recent travel assignment.
• Date of birth required for consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 7p-7a, 36 hours per week.
• 6-week contract.
• Float to all MS/Tel units at the facility.
• Every other weekend required.
• Holiday coverage required (1-2 holidays).
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Uses Epic EMR.
• Provide telemetry nursing care in a medical-surgical/telemetry unit.
• 8-hour orientation, with first shift as unit orientation.
• On-site EKG test Day 1 (pass/fail); failure terminates contract.
• Study guide provided to prepare for Day 1 EKG test.
• Local candidates accepted at same pay rate.
• Residence within 50 miles of facility.
• First-time travelers not considered.
• Travelers must be separated for 12 months to re-enter.
• RTO limited to 3 days for the 6-week contract.
• Brief interview (10-15 minutes) with facility.
