Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry/Med Surg travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Paducah, Kentucky. The RN will monitor telemetry data, provide bedside care, and respond to patient status changes during 12-hour night shifts.

Requirements include 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications, and willingness to travel for the duration. Pay is shift-based with weekly hours and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications or equivalents.
• Travel RN with ability to work 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and monitor patients.
• Operate and interpret telemetry equipment and displays.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data.
