Job summary

TotalMed RN in Mayfield Heights, Ohio is seeking Telemetry RN travel nurses for an 18-week assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. RNs will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, and oxygen levels using telemetry equipment, interpret data, and respond to abnormal readings.

Must have BLS/ACLS and 1.5 years of acute care experience; additional certifications may be required. The position offers travel benefits, tax-free stipends, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS are required; 1.5+ years of acute care experience preferred.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized telemetry equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data shows adverse symptoms.
