Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Glendale, CA. The role focuses on Med Surg / Telemetry with 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, for 13 weeks, and requires ACLS/BLS with 1–2 years acute care experience.

As a Tele Travel Nurse you will monitor patients with telemetry, read ECG data, and respond to abnormal findings while delivering bedside care and ensuring patient safety. This role is with TotalMed RN, a national travel staffing agency.

Qualifications

• Telemetry RN with 1–2 years of acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Travel assignment in Glendale, CA, 13 weeks.
• 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry patient care and monitor heart rate, BP, and oxygenation.
• Interpret and record ECG data and other monitors.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and escalate to the medical team.
• Perform basic bedside care and patient safety tasks.
