Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is a leading travel nursing agency providing RN contracts at premier facilities across the United States. Telemetry RNs will join teams on travel assignments with day one benefits and 24/7 support.

As a Tele RN, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, monitor telemetry and vital signs, prepare medications, assist during examinations, and respond to abnormal readings in real time, contributing to safe, high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report adverse reactions according to policy.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patient.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member.
• Monitor specialized telemetry equipment and interpret electronic displays.
