Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will join the telemetry unit, monitor patient vital signs, interpret data, and contribute to developing effective nursing care plans.

The role requires an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, BLS & ACLS certifications, and at least 18 months of acute care telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Telemetry setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on telemetry unit by monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, blood-oxygen, and ECG data.
• Read and interpret data to support patient care decisions.
• Connect patients to monitoring machines and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and update nursing care plans based on data and assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records throughout the shift.
