Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing in Dubois, PA is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a telemetry unit. The role centers on continuous cardiac monitoring, patient assessment, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during cardiac-related procedures and examinations.
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety needs of telemetry patients.
• Observes patient, documents significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of cardiac status.
