Job summary

TotalMed RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment. The position runs 13 weeks, with a 36-hour workweek and 12-hour day shifts. Acute care experience 1–2 years is preferred, with ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications required.

The Tele RN will monitor patient telemetry data, perform bedside care, and respond to abnormal readings. Travel nurses are offered a benefits package including weekly pay and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' recent acute care experience is preferred.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required; 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust monitoring equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
