Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse in Lima, Ohio for a 13-week assignment. The role requires 1-2 years of acute care experience, ACLS/BLS certifications, and entails 36 hours weekly on 12-hour night shifts.

Travel RN employment type is offered with a tax-free stipend and weekly pay. The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, SpO2, and ECG data, interpret readings, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient care during travel

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 12-hour shifts; travel assignment in Lima, OH.
• 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized telemetry equipment and interpret displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data shows adverse symptoms.
