Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse for a 13-week assignment in Memphis, Tennessee. This position requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and offers 36 hours per week on a night shift (12-hour shifts).

As a Telemetry RN, you will monitor patient data from heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, SpO2 and ECG equipment, interpreting readings to support patient care. This role includes bedside care and coordination with the medical team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of acute care experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized telemetry equipment and interpret readings.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data.
