Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Simi Valley, CA. This role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring and comprehensive patient care in a telemetry unit, with night shifts (12 hours) and 36 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of Telemetry RN experience, an active CA RN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and a willingness to work in a travel capacity.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Telemetry RN experience.
• Active RN license valid in California.
• BLS certification current (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer prescribed meds and treatments with cardiac focus.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during cardiac procedures.
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and telemetry monitoring.
• Document patient assessments and notify clinicians of changes.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications.
