Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for an Illinois assignment. Applicants must hold an Illinois RN license and meet the telemetry experience requirements. The role is travel-only, with a 13-week contract, 12-hour day shifts, and four shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 months RN experience with at least 3 months in the last 12 months.
• 10 months telemetry unit experience within the last 36 months.
• Candidates must have an Illinois license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed; must live >50 miles from facility.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.
• Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Upload certifications/health documents to expedite onboarding.

Responsibilities
