Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse in Bowling Green, KY. The assignment runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. Travel RN role requires current RN licensure, ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications, plus 1–2 years of acute care experience. Tasks include monitoring telemetry equipment, bedside care, and rapid response to abnormal readings.

The position includes a tax-free stipend and a comprehensive benefits package with weekly pay and guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• Telemetry RN specialization
• ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications required
• 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Interpret telemetry data and monitor heart rate, BP, respiration, SpO2 and ECG.
• Provide basic bedside care and assist with procedures as needed.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and inform the medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data and symptoms.
