Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Madison, Wisconsin. This travel RN role requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift and includes a tax-free stipend as applicable.

The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen levels using patient monitoring equipment, document findings, and communicate with the medical team as needed. BLS and ACLS along with 2 years of acute care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.
• Travel RN assignment for 13 weeks in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and interpret readings.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
