Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse in Corpus Christi, TX for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week. The role features 12-hour day shifts and travel benefits. Requires ACLS, BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience.

Nurse will monitor telemetry equipment and provide bedside care in a fast-paced setting. The Telemetry RN will read and interpret patient data, respond to abnormal findings, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Telemetry nursing experience required.
• 1 year of acute care experience is preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and interpret displays.
• Identify abnormal telemetry readings and alert the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
