Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Marion, Illinois. The right RN should have 1-2 years' recent acute care experience and will monitor patient telemetry, adjust equipment, and ensure timely communication with the medical team.

The TELE Travel Nurse role requires bedside care, data interpretation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Willingness to travel and work 12-hour days is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required maybe.
• Telemetry RN with ability to monitor heart rate, blood pressure and related data.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring shows adverse symptoms.
