Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Telemetry RN to support patient care in Bartlesville, OK. You will consult with the care team to plan and evaluate care plans, and monitor heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, and oxygenation using telemetry equipment.

The role includes preparing medications, assisting physicians, and identifying abnormal telemetry readings during 3x12 night shifts. Active RN license required, with preference for telemetry experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN license (United States).
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and critical care principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report adverse reactions.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment.

Responsibilities

Telemetry RNs (Tele RNs) consult with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

The Tele RN utilizes machines that measure a patient's heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, as well as blood oxygen levels and electrocardiogram information.

Tele RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policies
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patient
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member
• Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays
