Registered Nurse - MS/Tele/Wound CareAssignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 17:45 - 06:15 (Schedule varies)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a role in MS/Tele/Wound Care. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and overall health status.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate the best care practices.
• Assist in wound care management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in MS/Tele/Wound Care.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically MEDHOST.
• Ability to work with a patient ratio of 6:1 in a 45-bed facility.
