Job summary

Pavion seeks a Travel Technician to support our security business unit. You will maintain, repair and install low voltage cables, access control and video systems, and assist with programming and training while providing technical phone support to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a valid driver license, and strong organizational skills. LEA certification is a plus and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 2–4 years in maintenance/installation of low voltage cabling, access control, and video systems.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to operate hand and power tools.
• LEA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installation of low voltage cable, access control and video systems.
• Assist with new programming and re-programming of related security software.
• End-user training.
• Provide technical phone support to customers.
• Electronics and mechanical aptitude.
