Qualifications

• Active supervisory or school administration certificate or equivalent
• Min 3 years early childhood education experience (0-5 or PK-3) if no admin credential
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Conduct PA Act 13 Educator Effectiveness evaluations for teachers in Induction and Level II paths.
• Complete minimum two evaluations per year per teacher with Level I until six successful evaluations.
• Complete one evaluation per year for Level II certified teachers.
• Coordinate with the Teacher Certification Program Manager to address concerns and identify solutions.
• Schedule and complete evaluations with teachers and program directors in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation and participate in regular check-ins with the Program Manager.
