Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join its mobile staffing program in Grand Rapids. The role offers premium pay, flexible scheduling, and travel per diem opportunities across multiple hospital locations within the Trinity Health system.

Start ASAP, part-time (4x10 hours, day shift) with potential regional travel. 18+ months CST experience and accreditation preferred; license/certification reimbursement available per assignment.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 months CST experience
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
CST certification preferred

Responsibilities

Float across hospital locations and regions as needed
Perform professional practice with autonomy and accountability
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes
Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to take on new responsibilities
