Job summary

FirstChoice – Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution seeks a Travel Surgical Technologist (CST) for premium compensation and maximum scheduling flexibility. Opportunities available across multiple hospital locations nationwide.

The role requires CST certification, 18+ months CST experience, and the ability to float across units and regions. Orientation and varied shifts support work-life balance and travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
• CST certification preferred.
• Minimum of 18 months experience required for CST.
• If Surgical Technologist program not completed, five years of work experience required.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
• Orientation and training available; multiple scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Demonstrate standard professional practice elements: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within scope of knowledge and experience in practice area.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Show agility and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
