Qualifications
- 1+ year of recent experience in surgical tech setting.
- NBSTSA certification recommended.
- BLS certification from AHA required.
- Surgical Technologist license/registration as required by state.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient transfers to/from the OR and position patients for surgery.
- Prepare patients and assist during surgery.
- Sterilize OR and instruments; maintain aseptic technique.
- Manage surgical supply inventory and place orders as needed.
