Aya Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for an assignment in Carmel, IN. Two openings for days, 3x12-hour shifts (06:30–19:00) on a 13-week contract, starting 10/27/2026. Hospital setting with Cerner charting and a 153-bed acute care facility.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in surgical tech/ CST role.
• Active CST certification or NBSTSA credential.
• Knowledge of OR best practices, sterile technique, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures in the operating room.
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment.
• Support surgeons and nursing staff during operations.
