Qualifications

• Must possess certification(s) for Central Service or Sterile Processing.
• Minimum of one year related work experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain sterilization equipment.
• Clean, decontaminate, and sterilize medical instruments.
• Inspect equipment and report defects.
• Sort and wrap supplies for sterilization.
• Ensure all sterile supplies are labeled and dated.
• Participate in infection control programs.
• Maintain accurate records of sterilization loads.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent exposure.
