Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The role requires current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with at least one year of stepdown experience.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data; responds to abnormalities.
• Administers medications and treatments per approved nursing techniques with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during cardiac procedures and examinations.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety; documents clinical status and response to interventions.
• Coordinates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive telemetry care.
