Talent4Health is seeking a Travel Nurse RN in Cincinnati, Ohio for Stepdown care. The contract is 13 weeks with nights, 12-hour shifts, and a 36-hour workweek. Start date is 01/13/2026, and the role requires Ohio RN license or Compact, BLS and ACLS certification.

The position involves floating to CVSU, Cardiopulmonary, Heart and Vascular Step Down, and other related units. Cardiac drips experience is required, with preferences for VAD and post-open-heart care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years stepdown experience.
• Experience with cardiac drips (amiodarone, Lasix, Cardizem, Dopamine, Dobutamine, milrinone, etc.).
• Must know how to interpret heart rhythms.
• Preferred: experience with VAD, care of post open heart, cath, vascular surgery, and cardiac patients.
