Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking a Stepdown travel RN for Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, GA. This 13-week contract covers nights with a 3x12 schedule, paying about $2,033 per week, and offering travel-focused credentialing support.

You will provide progressive care, monitor telemetry, administer meds and IV therapy, and collaborate with physicians to respond to fast-moving patient conditions. 2+ years Stepdown experience and GA RN license required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Stepdown nursing experience.
• Active Georgia RN License.

Responsibilities

• Manage higher-acuity patients stepping down from intensive care who require close monitoring
• Monitor continuous telemetry and hemodynamic status, recognizing and escalating changes promptly
• Administer medications and IV therapy, including titratable drips approved for the unit, per facility protocol
• Care for patients on high-flow oxygen and non-invasive ventilation when assigned
