Soliant is seeking an RN for a travel assignment in Roanoke Rapids, NC. You will provide stepdown care, monitor patient status, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality transitions from critical care.

Required are an active RN license, ACLS/BLS, and at least 1 year in stepdown or acute care, with housing and meals stipends available and comprehensive travel support.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Stepdown or similar acute care setting
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert nursing care to patients transitioning from critical care in the Stepdown unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care plans
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies with precision
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care needs
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with hospital protocols
