Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Experience in stepdown or critical care setting preferred.
- Strong patient assessment and monitoring skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and monitor patient progress, noting changes.
- Calculate drug dosages, titrate medications, monitor infusion and patient response.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team.
