Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Bristol, Tennessee. The nurse will monitor telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, patient-centered care to step-down patients.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current RN license per state regulations.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) valid.
• ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) valid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with cardiac focus.
• Prepare equipment and assist with cardiac procedures.
• Observe patient status and document responses for care planning.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care.
