Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Beaufort, SC. This 13-week assignment offers nights with 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM, starting 10/21/2026 at an acute care hospital with Level 3 trauma and 167 beds.

Required: SC license or compact license, ACLS/BLS, 1 year RN experience; Meditech charting; extensive critical care skills and patient monitoring on a step-down unit. Housing and competitive weekly pay provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience required.
• SC License or Compact License required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required. NIHSS preferred.
