Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Evansville, IN. This 13-week assignment offers a night shift of 18:30–07:00 with Epic as the charting system and a start date of 10/05/2026.

Minimum 1 year of RN experience and IN license or Compact license accepted are required. Openings: 1. Facility: Acute Care Hospital (Level 2 magnet). Paid benefits and housing options available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or Compact license accepted.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a step-down/telemetry setting.
• Available to work night shifts on a 12-hour schedule.
• Epic charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Step-down unit during night shifts.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
• Document in Epic and coordinate with the care team.
