Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Step down Registered Nurse in Wyandotte, MI. This assignment runs for 13 weeks with a 3, 12-hour day shift (07:00 - 19:00) and starts on 09/21/2026. Epic charting is used in this LTACH with 35 beds. Only 1 year of nursing experience is required, with two openings available.
