ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Auburn, New York. The assignment is 13 weeks long with 36 hours per week and a night schedule of 3x12 hours (19:00–07:30).

We are seeking an experienced Step-Down RN with 2+ years of recent experience and proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, and complex patient management. The role includes administration of cardiac medications and sedation, post-procedure care, and adherence to infection

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Step-Down RN experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Experience with Allscripts preferred.

• Provide post-heart catheter care and manage patients after vascular procedures.
• Monitor vital signs and perform neurovascular checks frequently.
• Administer medications, including emergency and cardiac drips, and perform procedural sedation.

• Implement infection prevention protocols and ensure compliance with isolation precautions.
