In this role, you will meet with new patients to assess their speech needs and create personalized treatment plans for their progress. Responsibilities include documenting patient care, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining communication with families. Qualifications
Active state license for practicing speech therapy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong charting and documentation skills.
Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
Meet with patients for the first time in their speech journey.
Make evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that patient.
Assist in the implementation of the treatment plan, adjusting as needed.
Maintain excellent records of patient needs, care, and outcome.
Work closely with the family of the patients.
