TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hospital-based Speech Therapy team in Colorado. This 13-week contract offers a structured, supportive environment and the opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience while serving patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.

You’ll collaborate with physicians and nurses, perform evaluations and treatment planning, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Colorado
• DORA registration required
• Current BLS certification
• Recent clinical experience in a hospital or similar setting
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with an interdisciplinary team
• Commitment to the full 13-week assignment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Perform swallowing and dysphagia assessments as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Department: Speech Therapy – Hospital

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Schedule: Full-Time

Employment Type: Travel Contract

What You’ll Do

As a Travel SLP, you’ll provide specialized evaluation and treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and achieve positive patient outcomes.
