CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. seeks a Travel Speech Language Pathologist to support patients in Oklahoma City across multiple healthcare settings.

You will deliver therapy, assess and treat communication and swallowing issues, and document patient progress while traveling to assignment sites as needed. Must hold licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and be able to work independently on travel assignments, collaborating with healthcare teams to adapt to diverse patient needs.
