Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for SNF settings in Purcell, Oklahoma. The role focuses on evaluating, rehabilitating, and creating treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.

Start date 10/19/2026, end date 01/18/2027, with 40 hours per week on day shifts. Travel assignment includes housing options, health insurance, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) experience including LTC or Rehabilitation.
• CCC as an SLP; eligible for and hold active licensure per state requirements.
• New graduates with Level II experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, rehabilitate, and develop treatment plans for patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members.
• Document all required information in electronic systems and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Support supervision of CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists.
• Adhere to ASHA and state practice acts, codes of conduct and ethics.
