Required Qualifications

• Level II Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in Missouri
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certification of Clinical Certification (CCC)
• minimum 1 year of experience in Speech-Language Pathology
• Missouri State Licensure
• ability to supervise and support CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists
• active ASHA and State Licensure
• and the ability to obtain necessary DME or supplies per clinical standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of experience holding active Certified Clinical Specialist (CCS) certification
• optional references accepted at submission.

Additional Information
