Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a travel assignment near Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time leave coverage role offers premium compensation, non-taxable stipends, robust benefits, and travel support.

You will support K-5th grade students with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 8am–3pm, collaborating with educators and families to implement effective IEPs and drive positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in school-based SLP preferred.
• Ability to conduct speech/language evaluations and interpret results.
• Skilled in IEP development and documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy for a caseload of approximately 55 K-5th grade students.
• Complete comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teachers and families.
• Maintain essential documentation and data tracking.
