Soliant Health is seeking a full-time travel Speech-Language Pathologist to work with an elementary caseload near Gloucester, VA. The role offers substantial travel support, stipends, and premium compensation.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy, complete IEP documentation, and collaborate with school-based teams while potentially supervising an SLPA. On-site and remote teletherapy options are available as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an SLP and CCC-SLP.
• Experience in schools or pediatric therapy settings.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.
• Experience with elementary caseloads preferred.
• Willingness to supervise an SLPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech-language services (37.5 hours/week) to an elementary caseload.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy plans, IEP documentation, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to school-based interventions.
• Potentially supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
• Adapt to both on-site and remote (teletherapy) service models as required.
