Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based assignment in Silverdale, Washington. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with travel stipends available and ongoing support from CCC-SLPs.

Most assignments are in PK-12 with a 50-student caseload and in-person to hybrid work arrangements in Bremerton, WA for the 2026-2027 school year. Travel compensation is customized by experience and credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist through Department of Health.
• ESA Certification through Washington OSPI (Active or Initial/Conditional).
• CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) encouraged to apply.
• Previous school-based experience preferred; CF-SLP considered.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.
