Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
• SLP-CCC credentials preferred.
• Prior experience in schools and IEP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address speech and language challenges for a caseload of approximately 28 students (primarily elementary, with some high school).
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers to facilitate student success.
• Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Provide guidance to families and caregivers.
