Job summary

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Roseburg, Oregon. The provider will deliver skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy, conduct patient evaluations, and plan treatment in accordance with facility guidelines and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities include screenings, evaluations, and therapy across speech, language and swallowing disorders, with discharge planning and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility.
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment/discharge plans.
• Document services in compliance with regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families.
