Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations in Maryland.

You will assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing, develop individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain infection control to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or CCC-SLP credential preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC and assistive equipment.

Responsibilities

A licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Preferred: Master's or higher degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and relevant experience (new grads welcome).
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills, physical ability to assist with equipment, and sensory acuity.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
