Job description

Role:

Seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilize assessments, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments accordingly. Educate patients and caregivers on communication strategies and safe swallowing practices. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to safety protocols. Engage in ongoing professional development and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid SLP license per state regulations and current BLS certification required. Preferred candidates hold a Master’s or higher degree, CCC in Speech-Language Pathology, and relevant experience—new graduates are welcome. Essential skills include critical thinking, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in PC use, physical ability to assist with equipment, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Visual acuity and sensory communication skills are also necessary.

Key Duties:
